Click Here to find all about Denver.

Things to do in Denver:

Denver Mint - a US mint
Denver Art Museum - among the many collections is a great display of western art and cultural items, they often have special exhibits.  Entrance is free on the first Saturday of each month.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science and I-Max Theater - dinosaurs (T-Rex), hands on stuff, fantastic dioramas of life in all parts of the world
Denver Zoo - located adjacent to the Museum of Nature and Science.
Six Flags Elitch Gardens amusement park - wonderful park for the family
    The Island Kingdom Water Park
Children’s Museum of Denver offers a bunch of artsy, hands-on activities that will stimulate your young child’s creativity. Check the museum’s Web site for detailed information on these crafty events – with each month comes new and fun themes.
Denver Skatepark - 60,000 sq. ft. of ramps, halfpipes, etc.
Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum
The Wildlife Experience - very close to the games location and one which I highly recommend for kids of all ages.

We have been to all of the linked places above with our children and now our grandchildren and recommend any and all.
